Originally released on vinyl and cassette tape in 1987, these are the 'digitally re-mastered' tracks.
Jerry Woolsey, who incidently has become an award winning producer/engineer, has transfered the
songs into a digital format. Thanks to his skill and time the songs are now avaiable for our
downloading pleasure. The results speak for themselves. Here's what he had to say about the process:
"I have a Pro Tools rig at home and I use some plug-ins that I bought to brighten up and widen the sound. I have some EQ modules and compressors, but my main software is iZotope Ozone 3 which is a mastering package that can emulate analog compression and EQs. I did the original mastering of the JATO stuff at Beta on the TC mastering software and the rest on my own software. The biggest problem was in the transfer, finding good quality machines to transfer the vinyl and tape from. After that it was tweaking and re-printing the files. I'm quite pleased with the final result."

Over time we will be adding more content with pictures, artwork and articles from this era

Sent one copy to a friend in Slovenia. Three got stolen with the rest of my things, and my pictures! Not sure what happened to the other one, must be around here somewhere.
This is great Jerry.
Like love that never gets old.

I also love all that you do.
Big Fan
Thanks!
